How a programme runs

From intake to deployment

  1. Intake and induction

    Candidate registration, trade allocation, centre induction and baseline safety briefing.

  2. Classroom instruction

    Trade theory, drawing interpretation, materials knowledge and Singapore safety regulations.

  3. Practical training

    Supervised hands-on work in dedicated trade bays and simulated site environments.

  4. Structured assessment

    Written and practical assessment against Chiu Teng competency and safety benchmarks.

  5. Pre-deployment selection

    Online assessment, final interview and trade skills evaluation by the Chiu Teng supervisory team.
