A training centre built by a Singapore contractor
Chiu Teng Construction Co Pte Ltd, a well-established contributor to the Singapore construction industry, operates CTC Vocational Institute as a dedicated, quality-controlled facility in Chennai.
The institute exists for one reason: to close the gap between the manpower Singapore projects need and the workers available to them. Every element — curriculum, trainers, tools, assessment — is set and supervised directly by Chiu Teng.
