To maintain high standards, Chiu Teng Construction Co Pte Ltd implements a structured assessment and selection process prior to deployment.
Only candidates who meet Chiu Teng internal competency and safety benchmarks are selected for deployment. This approach ensures a reliable supply of skilled manpower while minimising skill gaps and enhancing overall productivity and safety standards on site.

Online Assessments and Interviews
Candidate assessments and preliminary interviews are conducted through online platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

Final Interviews
Assessment of each candidate understanding of trade skills, safety practices, work discipline and readiness for deployment to Singapore.

Practical skill assessments conducted by the Chiu Teng Construction Co Pte Ltd supervisory team to verify competency and workmanship quality.

Eligibility
What we look for
- Physically fit and medically able to perform construction work
- Willing to work and be deployed on Singapore construction projects
- Basic literacy and numeracy for drawings, measurements and safety instruction
- Prior trade or site experience is an advantage, not a requirement
- Valid identity and travel documentation for overseas deployment
- Commitment to attend the full 45 Days programme
